I help my brother sort out a contract with virgin yesterday and he got an email welcoming him to the community and the phone was meant to turn up today how ever the order has been placed on parked and we don't understand why he passed the credit check and everything.

I'm sorry to hear that your Brother's order has become parked. There can be many reasons why an order may be parked, so I'm sure it's nothing to worry about
I'm afraid that we are only able to check the status of the order by speaking with the account holder directly. Has he signed up to our Community Forums? If so, has he made a post so we can help him directly? 🙂
