Parked order

Ordered a new iPad with keyboard on Sunday. Everything went fine took all details gave all information then at the end you have been PARKED. 

Ref.10001503337646

Why?

Did the order go through?

No contact from yourselves just left wondering what is happening. Been trying the number given but it's dead. Tried logging in using details provided at the time of order just get told oops something went wrong try later. 

Could of gone through 02 and got all the volt bonuses with being a virgin media customer but missus wanted the iPad and keyboard. 

Some response at least would be appreciated

Hi. 

Found a different number on the internet and went the long way round. 

It turns out virgin and 02 are just blanket emailing everyone to draw all customers in so they can do upto date credit checks by offering lots of freebies and then when you do finally speak to someone they just offer you a sim card to activate the VOLT deals. 

Wrong in every sense the sales tactic being used.
