Parked order

Hello!

I've made an order yesterday and it has been parked.

Any chance someone could help me resolve my issue? I've been VirginMedia's customer for last 3 years (broadband).

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, I am sorry to hear your order was parked, I have had a look our end and can only find a cable account with the details we have.

 

A order can be parked if we are unable to find enough information and need to run further checks, have you made sure all the details we gave you are spelled correctly including surname email etc as this can cause iossues as it wouldn't match the records.
