Hi, i have an order which was placed on Monday which is currently parked, after checking in the forums it appears that this order isn’t going to be delivered tomorrow & it has been over 48 hours since the order confirmation. How do i go about cancelling or getting in contact with virgin as i can’t wait indefinitely for an order to be processed & i can get it elsewhere?
