Hi Emily, I contacted yourselfs again yesterday and was advised I would get a call today at 11am,which I didn't I then called customer services back who advised there is callback booked, can someone please tell me what is happening with my order, I am getting fobbed off each time I call, this seems to be a regular thing from what I'm reading on here
