Parked order

Can someone advise why my order has been parked, I am an existing customer and have applied for an additional line

Have you heard from the team since your post? 

 

There's a few reasons an order may be parked including some extra information needed for the credit check. We're unable to check this information ourselves so we would advise to contact the sales team if needing further assistance on 0800 052 0238.

Hi Emily, I contacted yourselfs again yesterday and was advised I would get a call today at 11am,which I didn't I then called customer services back who advised there is callback booked, can someone please tell me what is happening with my order, I am getting fobbed off each time I call, this seems to be a regular thing from what I'm reading on here

Thanks for the update, we don't have the ability to go through this as it's the sales team who are the ones to do work with the order and credit checks.

 

We're sure the team will contact you if they've advised the callback is booked in.

The team did not call me back, originally I was told I was get a call today at 11 this did not happen, I was then told I would get a call back at 3pm today, this did also not happen

Yes, I called them back and they advised they had no record of this, mobile number was confirmed also, I know it's not your fault but come on, do people not leave notes on accounts
