Parked order

I am a new virgin mobile customer. I ordered the iPhone 11 with air pods on the 6/08/20 and picked a delivery date of today which is the 8/08/20. I had an email saying there would be more check which is understandable, however when I checked it said my order has been parked and someone will be in touch. I haven't heard from anyone and I have tried contacting the number provided but no answer. I just want to know why my order is parked and if I am eligible for the mobile contact.

Very sorry that your order has been parked, I can appreciate you're keen to know why. 

When an order is parked we'd usually contact you within 48 hours, but we can certainly check from here to see what's going on.
