I ordered a phone almost a week ago and it has been parked since then.
I have seen similar posts and didn’t really get a definite answer. I haven’t been contacted from someone yet and was hoping someone from Virgin could give me a message to explain what’s happening.

I did miss a call from the number “ +800 1836411” and seen from another post that this wasn’t a virgin media number.
