I tried buying an iPhone online with a Virgin Media contract but I got the following email:
“There's only a few more checks between you and the good stuff. You'll find out soon if your order's confirmed when you get an email or call from us.“
I can’t access my account online as it says “Ops, something went wrong” and I didn’t receive an email or a call.
