I put an order for a Samsung s9 and my order says it's parked and someone will contact me? It's been 2 days and I've heard nothing can someone help please🤷🏼♀️

Very sorry that your order has been parked and you've not heard back from the team, this ins't what we like to hear.
On the email we've sent about the order being parked there should be a link, when you click it does that work and tell you why the order has been parked?
If it doesn't then please pop me a personal message and we'll take things from there 🙂
