My order was due to be received today but was parked. I spoke to the customer service team who told me it has passed all back office checks now and will be sent (the guy said he raised an urgent ticket to make sure it’s sent today or tomorrow).
He said I should’ve received another order confirmation but I haven’t received this yet, slightly concerned it’s not been processed.
Do I need to call again to check what’s going on? Concerned I’m not actually going to be home tomorrow afternoon or Saturday, and I will be without a phone by tonight!
