I’ve placed an order , reference 100001673448160 it says parked order ??  I’ve tried to ring nobody can help and nobody has rang me ???? How can I get any sort of update

When I try to call that number it just hangs up on me ?

It looks as though I missed a 9 off the number. I'm sorry. The correct number is: 0345 600 0789.

Give that a try instead 🙂
