Parked order for the past week

Ive tried ringing virgin multiple times as ITS BEEN A WEEK SINCE ORDERING AND STILL NOBODY HAS BEEN IN TOUCH WITH ME TO DISCUSS THE ISSUE.This company is getting on my last nerve.It has been a week and still no emails to discuss what the issue is.Anybody know what to do as i’m out of ideas!
