I placed my order on Monday morning, to be told I would be contacted in 24-48hrs and still nothing! I have been trying to get through on the phone for the past day with little luck.
when I finally got through I was told it was in the ‘back office’ and the advisor couldnt help me, at this point I requested to cancel she said she would process this and transfer me. still haven’t heard anything as the line got disconnected. anyone else had the same issue? Just want to get this order cancelled so I can go elsewhere.
