Parked mobile order

Can someone get back to me about my parked order? Trying to get through to someone is a nightmare and the order has been parked for 3 days. Im happy to provide more information to virgin to get the process moving but nobody can tell me what I actually need to do

Parked order

Can someone tell me what to do about my parked order please? What do I do about moving it forward. Nobody seems to be able to help me as I am deaf and my speech isn't very good! Therefore speaking to an agent is very difficult and frustrating them them and I. Im happy ro provide any information you want if someone could just tell me what it is

Regretfully the team on this forum do not have access to sales info.

You complaint is the most common on this forum and the answer is always to phone sales
