Hi I’m new here so I’m hoping I’m doing this right. I placed an order for a pay monthly phone and it’s been parked, I’ve phoned the number it suggested and they said someone will call in 48 hours. It’s almost been 48 hours and no one has got back to me? Any ideas what I can do? I am desperate for this new phone as my old one is really playing up so I’m a little stressed lol. Thank you
