Parked Order

Hi there - 

I placed an order for a bundle on Sunday evening online for it to be delivered on Wednesday. However, the order status has remained parked and i've rung support a 3 times now just to be told "hold on I'll have a look" then for them to hang up on me. 

 

Just wondering if there is any way to get an update a bit more effectively?  Any help is very much appreciated, just my current device is on its way out. lol

Parked Orders is the biggest topic on here. Unfortunately the team members have little access to the sales side.

Day 7 of no response on any line and no contact from virgin at all! very fun 🙂
