Parked Order

Hey i ordered a iPhone 12 everything went through ok but now when i check my order it says ''Sorry, we have some problems processing your order, our customer service team will be in touch to discuss about this order.'' is there a email i can mail to fix this? i currently  dont have a way of calling them.

When did you place this order? An order is usually parked if our team needs some more information about your order. They would usually contact you in 24-72 hours - if not, the order would be released.

Really sorry to hear there has been a delay, you should be view where things are up to in via your online account, have you heard anything further since you placed the order?
