Hi I placed an order exactly one week ago and the status is still parked. Tried calling customer services multiple times but understandably they are busy and I am unable to speak to anyone. I have tried live chat and they gave me two numbers to call for the sales team but again I have been unable to get through. Has anyone had any delays similar to this or does anyone have any suggestions as to what to do next?
Hi Steven. Thank you for reply. I have had no progress since my last post. The order is still parked and I can't get through to customer services. I've tried live chat again but I am getting no response with that either. I would be extremely grateful if you could look into it for me please.
