Parked Order

It seems like many others on here I’m experiencing a parked mobile phone order. Placed my order on Monday 8th and after having spoken to advisors on two occasions I’ve been promised that it would be resolved in 48 hours which has not been the case. 

Has anyone managed to resolve this or should I just try another provider as I’m seriously considering whether this is a reflection of the service I may receive going forwards

Your order may have been parked for a number of different reasons, so we have to go through further checks to see why this happened.
