Parked Order

I'm a new customer and tried to order a phone on a pay monthly deal, received a confirmation email but have since gone on to track my order as delivery is supposed to be tomorrow but it is coming up as parked and that someone will be in contact for further details. Nobody from Virgin has been in contact and I have seen from the forum that phone lines are busy and such issues have been taking weeks to be resolved so I was wondering if someone from the team would be able to look into this for me to find out what the issue is?

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and a very warm welcome, I am sorry your order has been parked and you haven't heard anything since, a member of the team will be in touch as soon as possible, there is many reasons why the order may been been parked they may need more information or the phone may be out of stock to mention a couple.
