Order status is parked but delivery date is tomorrow, partner ordered at same time and signed credit agreement no problem. Cannot get through by phone or live chat, text help has not replied.
As a new customer this is not reassuring, especially after giving my bank details for a direct debit already.
I'm just the same.
spent 2.5hrs on the chat line, because I wanted a bit of assurance, rather than just doing it all online my self. I always seem to make a mistake.
i was told I would receive my phone tomorrow, and the 'how to complete your order' email would be with me in the next few minutes.
What's this parked ? If it's not signed by 6:45 Yodel will not deliver.
