Hi,
I placed an order yesterday afternoon for an Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max, and have noticed that it’s showing as ‘parked’.
I’ve since read a few similar threads of people experiencing similar, I was just wondering how long I can expect the status to be ‘parked’ for?
Is this something I need to chase up myself? Or will someone from Virgin actually phone me to follow this up?
Understandably, I don’t want to be sitting around for days to know the outcome of my order, when I’ve had contracts out with other companies in the past and have known within literal seconds whether the order/contract was accepted.
