Parked Order , No contact

Hi,
I placed an order for a Pay Monthly deal for an IPhone 12 and Sim Deal on Monday 13th of June that was due to be delivered on the 15th of June. My order status has been set as 'Parked' but I have no contact from anyone at Virgin Media to discuss why this is.
