Has anyone ever actually heard back from Virgin Mobile after a "Parked" order?
I have tried to contact CS and they have said because it is not a new order they cannot help me?
Can someone shed some light please?

With a parked order this could be down to a few reasons including needing to confirm information for the credit check.
I would advise contacting the sales team in regards to this and not the customer service team if this is a new account order.
