Hi,
I am having the same issue. Tried multiple browsers and have called the tech helpline twice with no fix.
I recently started a new contract after my old one expired, think this might be the issue. Child safe and virus safe are both showing as off when I check settings, but if I try and change it I get an error message that "changes could not be saved, try again later".
Can someone please help?
