Hi. I have an old Nokia 206 (please don't laugh - I know it's old now) which I just top up now and again when I need to. It's on what's called a daily plan with Virgin. I topped up the phone the other day through the website and my credit seems to have gone on ok. I did not use the phone after that until the next morning when the phone stated 'phone restricted' when I turned it on. Looking again in the website it gives a PUK code which I tried 3 times which did not work. I then found the sim card which had a different PUK code which again did not work. This seems to be if you incorrectly enter your PIN incorrectly but I do not even use the PIN function. Anyone got any ideas? Paul

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue with your SIM card.
