please can you set up a temporary PIN number to enable me to access my voicemail in Tenerife. I’ve never set up a PIN for it. Thank you

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your voicemail pin, you would always need to use the voicemail pin, when accessing voicemails outside the UK.

I have now reset your voicemail pin and you will be getting this via text message in the next 30 to 60 minutes.
