How do you get a working replacement sim had 2 both not working
Really sorry that the new SIM cards we've sent aren't working, I can fully appreciate the frustration.
Can I ask what is happening with the SIM cards when you put them in?
Do you get a specific error message at all like "SIM not valid" or "SOS / No Service"
Let us know so we can assist further.
Finally sorted SIM got switched on at your end .....one staff member excellent ....
seven others couldn’t figure out the problem 😱
so managed to save a few strands of my hair !
