PAYG SIM not valid in NOKIA 130

PAYG SIM that works in Nokia 105 does not work in new Nokia 130. What can I do?

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your sim.

Did you buy the handset though us or was this via a 3rd party?

Thanks for coming back to us, as the Sim works in your previous phone it may be a issue with the new Nokia you purchased from eBay, are you able to try the Sim in any other handsets or any other Sim in the new Nokia?

Finally  managed to borrow a O2 sim card and got the same insert valid sim message

Must say it is sounds suspiciously like the phone is not unlocked to all networks as stated on Ebay

Thanks for getting back to us.

Did you try restrating the phone  before checking with the O2 SIM card? As sometimes it takes a restart for the SIM card to be picked up by the device itself.
