Hello
I was given the PAC code to then give to my new provider, since of course the date I was given for the stopping of my Virgin PAYG sim was stopped today - 11th January
All worked well and I have now got my usual mobile number with the new provider.
As it was stated the PAC number needed to be obtained and given to the new provider before the cut off date, today. I of course did that.
How now please can I get the £11.15 refund that is on my Virgin account?.
Naturally I can't afford to lose that much money.
Any help I will be very grateful for. (I have tried phoning 789 but not managed to get through for many many tries.
