Placed an order on Sunday 16th of August for an iPhone 11pro, went through everything as normal, including direct debit instructions ect. Received a welcome email and an email stating ‘there are a few more checks between you and your order’ and that I would receive call/email updating my order. Check my account and can see order is parked, was due To be delivered 17/08/2020. I’ve exhausted the text service and spent hours on hold with no answers. Can someone please help?
