PAC

I used a PAC code to leave virgin mobile to Three. The number is now working on the Three sim, but I have had no confirmation from Virgin that they have terminated my contract and will no longer charge me. When logging into my Virgin Mobile Account there is also no evidence that I have ended the contract. Should I expect a confirmation?

I’ve just done the same (but I am keeping other family Virgin accounts, so not a complete departure) and it looked like nothing had changed until I downloaded my latest bill and it says that I have successfully switched this number to a new service provider and also details the contract buy out charge.  So, you should probably see it when your next bill is produced
