i have a issue with regards to switching my daughters mobile number from virgin to another network as she wants to keep the same number for banking apps etc. i requested what i thought was a PAC code online and it was sent to her mobile number and she passed it on to her new network. As it turned out it was a STAC code, now the new network says the STAC has deactivated the number and now needs it it re-activated and a correct PAC sent as it is still with virgin, Virgin say the number is no longer theirs and cannot or wont re-activate it even-though it is still within the the 30 day window. Does anyone have any suggestions..
