Have tried over the last few days to get PAC codes for several of my phones . Can't do it by text as it says there is a problem . It won't let me sign into my account. All paid up and all out of contract. Have had 3 very long painful talks with very unhelpful staff who quite frankly don't have a clue . Just say we escalate we escalate. The law states 2 days and that mobile company is not allowed to stall or prevent you from leaving. Any suggestions .
