PAC code not worked

Hi, I recently switched providers from O2 to Virgin, new phone new sim etc. Used a PAC code so I could keep my old number but...

my new phone is using the Virgin number for iMessage and FaceTime and my o2 number for texts and whatsapp...

tried turning off iMessage and FaceTime and then rebooting but it doesn’t help as the phone registered to my iPhone is the Virgin number.

please help

Thank you for your post and welcome to the community. 

 

I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're having. If you go into Settings> Phone> My Number. You will be able to amend the number to the one you ported in.
