Hi, I can't get my PAC request. I follow your instructions by text to 65075 and all I get is an error message. I am leaving Virgin because after an "update" about £9 dissappeared from my PAYG account without making a single text, call, or using data. This is unacceptable.

I'm sorry to hear you've been having trouble retrieving your PAC and for missing credit on your account. Can you let us know if you've been able to retrieve your PAC since posting? If not, I'd me more than happy to look into missing £9 for you and provide you with our PAC, if you still wish to leave.
