PAC code and account setup

I recently got a new virgin mobile sim. At the time I didn’t have a PAC code but I’ve got one and want to pass it on so I can transfer over my number. It looks like Virgin want me to do this via my account. However, when I try to register it is asking me a security question.

i haven’t previously created an account so have no idea how they expect me to answer the question. I have tried the answer for my Virgin Media account but that doesn’t work. Therefore, I can’t get into my account to register the PAC code. The webpage suggests calling 789 for help setting up an account.

I tried calling 789 but whichever option you go through, you end up getting cut off. How am I supposed to do this simple task? 

This isn’t a great start to using Virgin Mobile!!
