PAC Issue

Hey, I recently moved from Vodafone to Virgin - providing a PAC number upon ordering. I received the SIM last Tuesday but have yet to have my number moved over. All I can see is that it’s in progress via the Virgin website but surely it shouldn’t take this long?? I’m missing out on a lot of stuff and it’s becoming really inconvenient. Has anyone had a similar issue?

I am sorry to hear that there is a delay in sorting your PAC code out. 

 

So that I can look into this further, I am going to need to drop you a PM for some account information.
