Text to 65075 - "our bad, technical difficulties please try later" ???
Mobilehelp Online - doesn't recognise me, tried to reset login and password, same response
Phoned 789 but because I can't remember my 20 year old password or the exact date I bought a £10 top up they can't help and refused to tell me who to complain to.
Have run out of options to do this. Does anyone have a solution or is a complaint to OFCOM the only option left?
