No access on Tues 14 May 2019 - like many other users. Virgin have offered compensation - excellent.
However, received email to say we have been 5GB of free data. What’s the catch ? We only have ONE DAY to use it (Sunday 18 May). Highly unlikely for many I’m sure.
HOWEVER - will my own data be used before the 5GB is used???? Really disappointed that we only have ONE DAY to use the so called compensation. I would rather have 1GB to use ANYTIME. The 5GB sounds great but really unlikely to be used.
SO MUCH FOR AN APOLOGY AND COMPENSATION !!! Just feels like a sneaky way of giving with one hand and taking back with the other. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER.
