With my contract finishing today, I went onto your mobile website and ordered a Huawei P30.
However, once I got through to the final screen, I was told that the product's out of stock.
It is not acceptable to advertise this phone if you don't actually have it. I wouldn't mind if you actually let me reserve it, but just a plain 'out of stock' page is just poor service. The cartoon picture of a frowning phone just makes the whole page look, quite frankly, stupid.
I am now shopping around for a better deal, but if there is a way I can reserve this product (as there should be in 2020), please let me know.
