I can't receive otp codes from santander,I have been into my bank and they have said that you have blocked them,it's only been happening for the last month I have spoken on WhatsApp and rang 2 times and it's supposed to have been refreshed,and I still can't receive otp so I can't purchase items online or do online banking,you have sent me a new sim card I have put in my mobile and its saying emergency calls only the Internet is working. If its not sorted out I will leave virgin.

I am very sorry to hear of your experience and for the issue with not receiving OTP's from Santander.
