Why is it that when I try to order a new SIM card online the system doesn't recognise me as already being a virgin media customer?
I've had broadband, TV and Phone for over 10 year at this address and have been a virgin mobile customer for longer.
Has anybody else had this problem? and does anybody know how it can be resolved?
I know I'm going to have to call to order a new SIM card, so what would have taken me 5 minutes will take 20+ minutes if I'm lucky.
This doesn't answer the question. the question is why doesn't the system recognises me as a virgin media customer?
Both Virgin Media but operate as 2 different companies and the IT side seems not to talk to each other.
