I'm trying to order an esim for my new Google 6a phone , I've read it's available on Google however when I rang the virgin helpline they didn't know and I got passed from one handler to another and eventually cut off .

I'm sorry to see you're having problems ordering an eSIM. To clarify, do you already have an active Virgin Mobile service? New customers can get an eSIM when signing up for compatible devices during their purchase online or by calling 0800 052 0422.
Existing Pay Monthly customers who don’t have an eSIM can’t get one at present, this is because of the ongoing network migration from Vodafone to O2. However, it has been confirmed that we will offer eSIMs to all customers again in the near future.
