Same with me. Ordered on saturday and was told to wait a couple of days for an email or phone call but haven't heard anything. And I also get the errors when I try to log in

same exact thing with me,ive ordered my phone on monday and all i got was a order number thats and account verification which is useless because i cant log in, it says my order is parked and i really need my handset can anyone help me why this is happening i was expecting my mobile phone today and it did not come...

Orders can be parked for different reasons and is usually where our Support Team is waiting for more information, certain checks to complete, stock, as examples.

Thank you for coming back to us a parked order is usually because the credit check has been done and not enough information has been found and we need to do further checks.
