Ordered a new phone, haven’t heard anything

Hi,

I ordered a new phone about a week and received all the email confirmations, but haven’t heard any news on whether I am getting the phone or not. 

I have tried to log into my account but everytime I try it says that something has gone wrong and to try again in a few minutes.

I need to know what’s happening with the order as I am in need of a new phone quite soon and will have to look for another deal else where if not.

This is also happening to me, I applied for an iPhone xr contract phone with airbuds on Friday and received the confirmation emails stating to wait 24 hours and watch my emails and listen out for a call to say if i had been successful. 

I haven't received any further emails or calls and when I've kept checking back on my account it says something's gone wrong and I can't sign in. 

Let me know if you hear anything!

Hello, I Ordered a phone and haven’t heard anything back about it. Tried to log onto my account and it’s saying something went wrong. I’m in need of a new phone so need to figure out what’s happening or I’ll need to look elsewhere for another deal!

Sorry to see that you've been left in the dark regarding your handset order.

 

Can you please tell me if you can attempt to log into your account using an alternative browser and can clear the cookies and cache on the browser you're using to see if this will allow you to log in?

 

Could you also try the forgotten password route on your self-care account to see if this will allow you access?

Hi

I have been waiting since 12 march regards a phone contract application but not heard anything yet.

I have tried logging in to my account and it keeps saying something has gone wrong.

Deleted cookies and tried different browsers and it hasn't worked.

Any help would be appreciated

Really sorry that you haven't heard back regarding your mobile phone order, this ins't good. 

Have you checked your spam and junk folders at all? 

We would usually aim to contact you within 48 hours if there has been any issues with the order, did you provide us with a contact number?

Yes I have checked both, I did give a phone number but have had no phone calls.
