I need a replacement sim card.
I have tried speaking to 3 different people on the phone and they won't listen to my problem.
I only have emergency calls but they keep saying work is being carried out on the tower near me and to try leaving the house to solve the issue.
Mentioned my husband is on my plan and has no issues and we've been out to same places and still I have nothing. We have swooped phones, his card works in my phone but mine still doesn't work.
I have been without a phone for 3 days now and very angry. People can't contact me as I need text to verify WhatsApp which I don't have.
