Order "Parked"

Ordered a new phone yesterday, order is now parked with a promise that customer support will be in touch. 24 hours later..... nothing. Was warned against Virgin, have I made a mistake in placing an order. Upgraded to Plusnet broadband ten days ago, the difference in customer service so far is off the scale

If you use the Search Box and put in Order Parked you will find this is a big issue at the moment.

I did!  - They've got my bank details and DD instructions and now it's parked!? Zero feedback

I'm currently going through the same thing, I've already got a contract phone out with virgin media and have had no problems until now.. Don't understand why they're doing it to be honest..
