I was due an upgrade on my phone, so I made the choice with the help of an online assistant, (27/11/2020), told the phone I had chosen was in stock, order completed and confirmed, will receive on 19/12/2020.
I contacted virgin to ask if it had been dispatched yet as I hadn't had an email, I'm then told the phone is out of stock!
Why am I told it's in stock, will receive 19/12/2020, then told it's out of stock, don't know when I'll receive it?!
Not very good customer service being told one thing then something else.
I was looking forward to getting a nice new phone before christmas, but no.
A kind gesture of goodwill wouldn't go amiss for being messed around.
