Order parked

I placed an order on Friday for an iPad and the order has been parked, today someone from the sales team called me regarding it but the call cut off and they haven’t bothered calling me back and I haven’t been able to get through as I’m unsure which options to choose to get through to the right place, I’ve been trying to text the text-line for 4 hours now and I’m getting no further forward I just keep getting told the wait is up to 45 minutes and the option to hold, which I am. I just want to speak to someone about what’s going on now, thank you.
